Build Your City

Start with a Town Hall and grow a city of 10 building types, each with its own upgrade path of up to 20 levels and five visual tiers. Every extractor runs on a cooldown, so a city is something you come back to rather than something you sit in front of.

  • •Wood, stone, clay, metal and rare diamonds, with storage you have to build before you can hold more
  • •Mastery choices at key levels are permanent: more yield, shorter cooldowns, or no depletion at all
  • •Natural deposits are finite. Watch the bar, plan around it, and merge lands to renew spent ground

Explore the Spiral Continent

One shared world map, made of every plot every player has claimed. Your envoys walk it, and explore the wild ground inside it.

  • •The Continent assigns your next land: the first free plot on the spiral, usually among strangers rather than beside your own cities
  • •Eight distinct biomes, each with pros and cons when it comes to resource production
  • •Every exploration rewards your envoy with Cultural Influence, along with resource caches, lore, buffs or debuffs, and the discovery of ruins and wonders

Uncover a Buried History

Nandonia rose from The Twisting, a cataclysm that crushed eight continents into a single spiral of land. Your people arrived with skills in their hands and no memory of what came before. The truth survives in fragments, and nobody holds enough of them alone.

  • •The game's lore is discoverable by collecting and piecing together over 900 lore fragments, found by exploring, delving and visiting wonders, and filed in your Journal by topic
  • •Every fragment records the envoy who found it, with bonus rewards for world first discoveries
  • •Discover 10 hidden natural wonders, from the Glass Desert to Dakshon's Wound, and investigate the question each one asks

Visit Other Players' Cities

Send envoys to cities other people built. Every visit pays you and pays your host. All player interactions are positive for both parties: there is no way for another player to take from you or set back your progress.

  • •Rest at their Hotel, learn skills at their School, or attend a lecture there for a chance at rare lore
  • •Meeting a new player is worth more than another trip to a city you already know, and a city remembers how often you have visited
  • •124 skills across five skill trees. Each tree forks once into two specialisations, each one offering unique actions and ways to play the game

Delve Ancient Ruins

Ruins of the old world can be discovered through exploration, and once one is found, anyone can go in. Take an envoy down floor by floor and decide each time whether to go deeper or come back with what you are carrying. A deep run involves choices that affect outcomes, risk against reward, and a little bit of luck.

  • •Everything found rides with your envoy until they return. One bad turn at the bottom costs all of it
  • •Nobody knows how deep a ruin runs until someone stands on its floor, and the deepest floors hold the best odds in the game at legendary rewards
  • •The first player to clear a ruin's last floor names it, on the shared map, forever

Trade and Patronage

Everything another player has built is something to trade with or invest in. None of it is something to take.

  • •Player-to-player resource trade offers with fair-rate guidance, broker routes when you have none, and an NPC exchange that is always open
  • •Trade routes are permanent, free and unlimited in range, and nobody has to approve one
  • •Fund a stranger's Hotel, School or Market and draw a cut of what it earns while your stake stands
Market trade offers with fair-rate labels, broker routes and a diamond exchangeInvesting in another player's city as a Hotel Patron, School Donor or Silent Partner

Common Questions

Is Nandonia really FREE to play?

Yes, and not just to start with. Your first land is free. After that, daily quests fill a Land Deed meter, and every full meter claims another land at no cost, with no cap and no expiry. Doing just five quests a week and the weekly bonus earns upwards of 8 Deeds a month, and checking in daily earns them faster. Spend a Deed on a new land, or on a merge to improve one you already hold.

Quests never pay out Gold. Gold buys cosmetics, conveniences and land, never a building level, an envoy level, or story progression. You can earn a further 900 Gold from achievements and daily login streaks without spending anything, and there are no ads anywhere.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in with Google, Apple, or a Solana wallet. One click and you're playing. No forms, no crypto knowledge needed.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes, and most players do. Nandonia is built mobile-first: every screen is designed to work in a single column on a narrow phone before it is widened for desktop. It runs in your phone's browser with no download and no app store.

It is the same account and the same world on both, so you can collect and send envoys from your phone during the day, then plan on a bigger screen at home.

What makes this different from other city-builders?

Three things. It's peaceful: there is no player versus player combat, and nothing you build can be taken or destroyed by other players. It's fair: your city is built by playing, not paying. And it has a story: a world-spanning mystery you piece together with every other player, one fragment at a time. Underneath sits real depth: 10 building types, mastery choices, a 124-skill envoy system, trading, and land merging.

Is there a story?

Yes. Nandonia is set 134 years after The Twisting, a cataclysm that destroyed the old world and erased every record of what caused it. Each fragment, wonder, and ruin your envoys uncover adds a piece to a mystery the whole community is unraveling together. Nobody has the full picture yet.

What's coming next?

Nandonia is actively growing. Here's what's on the way:

  • Grand Delves: long expeditions into the deep places, run with a company of envoys borrowed from other players, floor after floor, with everything you have found at stake.
  • Calamity Raids: cooperative events where the whole server works one site for days against something coming for the world. Players never fight each other.
  • The story moves: the patrons return, and what they want turns out to matter to everyone who has been reading the fragments.
  • More world wonders: more natural wonders to find on the map, and more buildable ones alongside those already in the game, each completed once, by whoever gets there first.
  • Readings and commentary: the Library makes sense of what the world has recovered, so the fragments read as a history instead of a pile of notes.
