The Wound's Workshop, Every Rank, and the Eve of Launch

10 October 2026

This is the last patch before launch on Monday, October 12th, and the biggest change is at Dakshon's Wound: every envoy standing there now decodes on their own, and a decode can now fail: a corrupted fragment unsettles the mind of the envoy working on it, and one who cannot finish quickly enough becomes too confused to go on. A corrupted fragment also keeps its words to itself until it is fully decoded, and the Library turns it away until then, because a deposit published the whole text to every player and gave away exactly what decoding is meant to earn.

The leaderboards stopped after the first few pages, so most players had no rank at all and paging past the end showed an empty board. Every player, city and envoy is now ranked, your own rows are picked out wherever they appear, and any page can be linked. The Founder's Standard leaves the Merchant's Hall to become the reward of a new Feat, Among the First, so that it marks the players who built early rather than the ones who bought it.

The rest is polish, much of it from a playthrough on a phone two days out: a first session that no longer doubles back to the booklet, tooltips that finally open on a tap, and a clearer While you were away. The fixes are at the end.

New painted icons. The five wonder perks and the two wonder debuffs have art of their own now too, but those are kept for the envoys who earn them.

Every effect has its own art but one

The Great Library race's first three phase buffs, the Evergrove's Deep Register and the Foundation Stone's resonance each had the shared stand-in icon.

  • improved
    Painted arrows and markers

The bare arrow character becomes the painted arrow in 53 places, turned to point the right way. Gains and losses in the hotel rest tiers, the mastery cards, the Nearby observations and this page's own change marks used an up and a down triangle that differed only in colour; they are now painted benefit and penalty markers that differ in shape, and say what they mean to a screen reader. Vote and Suggest art goes on every control that casts a vote or puts your own wording forward: the Glass Desert naming panel, the lore choice selector, the attribution ballot and the Library's ballot. The Featured tab in the Merchant's Hall wears the painted legendary map marker.

Dakshon's Wound: every envoy decodes, and a decode can fail

The Workshop at the Wound is where a corrupted fragment is decoded one layer at a time. It now works envoy by envoy, tells you the odds before you start, and keeps a fragment's words sealed until the last layer is off.

  • improved
Each envoy at the Wound decodes on their own
WasDecode started with the first envoy the Workshop found at the Wound, and every fragment waited behind one cooldown shared by all of your envoys, so six envoys standing there could decode one fragment between them
NowDecode opens the list of your envoys at the Wound inside the fragment's card, and each one decodes and recovers on their own clock

A free envoy has their own Decode button; a busy one says what is holding them: decoding, investigating or recovering. A fragment takes one envoy at a time, and its card shows that envoy with their own timer and Collect Results. Recovering from a decode is separate from the investigation cooldown, and the summary line says how many envoys are free. An envoy in the middle of a decode is no longer offered Investigate or Deep Reading, which the server then refused: their row reads "Decoding a corrupted fragment" and still shows their investigation cooldown. A finished decode waiting to be collected does not hold the envoy.

  • reduced
    A decode can fail
WasEvery decode took a layer off
NowA decode takes a layer off with a chance of one in however many layers are left, plus 10% for every failed attempt on that fragment since its last layer came off, never above 85%

With four layers left, a first try succeeds one time in four (25%), and each failure adds 10%, so a fourth try stands at 55%. Nothing is certain: even the last layer is 85%. Working on a corrupted fragment unsettles an envoy's mind, and one who cannot finish quickly enough becomes too confused to carry on; that is also why every envoy needs time to recover between decoding sessions. A failure keeps the layer and pays nothing, and the envoy still recovers. Each fragment's card shows the chance of its next decode and what failed attempts have added to it, the envoy chooser repeats it, and a failed decode says so: "Decode Failed: You failed to make progress with decoding the corruption." with the next attempt's chance, in the result, the toast, the Steward's Report and the transaction log. A decode that happens during an investigation rolls the same chance, and the results screen now tells a decoded layer and a failed decode apart from a discovery, where both used to read "Corruption Fragment Discovered".

  • reworked
    The Wound's offering
WasAny of your envoys could make it while you held an undecoded corrupted fragment anywhere, and it advanced the fragment closest to decoded
NowOnly an envoy carrying an undecoded corrupted fragment in their own satchel can make it, and the Wound picks which of those fragments at random

It is the one decode that cannot fail: it still takes a layer off with certainty. The offering's text says so, and says that the Wound chooses the fragment.

  • reworked
A corrupted fragment keeps its words until it is decoded
WasThe Journal printed a corrupted fragment in full the moment it was found, and it could be deposited in the Great Library like any other
NowThe Journal shows it as your find, with "This fragment is corrupted." and a link to Dakshon's Wound in place of its text, and the Library will not take it until every layer is off

A deposit publishes a fragment's whole text to every player in the Great Library, and lectures pass deposited fragments on to other players' envoys, so a corrupted fragment handed in early gave away the words decoding it earns, to the player who deposited it as well. The deposit window says how many fragments it held back and where to decode them, and a courier carrying one is refused before it sets out rather than after it arrives. The founding deposit turns one away the same way, and a fragment a lecture passes on arrives already decoded, since the Library has published its words. A corrupted piece of a map Chapter is left out of the map until it is decoded. The game also calls them corrupted fragments everywhere now, where some messages said "corruption fragment".

The leaderboards rank everyone

Each board kept only its top 100. The page never said how many pages there were, and Next stayed live after the last of them, so page 6 showed "No Rankings Yet" and "Updated Never" with no way back.

  • improved
Every player, city and envoy has a rank
WasThe top 100 on each board, and nobody else
NowEveryone who qualifies for a board is ranked on it, refreshed every minute

Entries tied on score keep a fixed order, so a page no longer reshuffles every minute while you read it.

  • new
NEW: Your own rows, wherever they are

Your entries are picked out in gold on the boards and on every page of View All. On the leaderboards page, a board that ranks you below its top five adds your best entry as a sixth row, with a dashed rule above it when there is a gap. Each card's View All is now its gold button, the board's own button sits beside it at the same width, and both fit a 320px phone on one line. When a board was last updated is now shown on its View All page rather than on every card.

  • improved
View All has numbered pages that can be shared
WasPrevious and Next only, with no page count, and a page held only in memory, so a link or a reload always went back to page 1
NowNumbered pages in the address, so a page can be linked, reloaded and reached with Back, and a line under them: "Showing 21–40 of 1,214 cities"

Pages holding your own entries are underlined in gold. "No Rankings Yet" now appears only on a board that really is empty, and a page past the end takes you to the last one.

  • new
    NEW: My rankings

On a board you are ranked on, View All offers "Everyone | My rankings", with the number of your entries. My rankings shows the top three, then each of your entries with the one above and below it, and a dashed "N more" between them, ending with a line such as "Your 4 cities on this board. Your best is #29."

  • improved
    Boards on a phone

A board's description wraps instead of being cut off at one line, cards in a row stay level, rows give their width to the name and title, and an italic envoy title keeps its last letter ("Wayfarer" read "Wayfare").

Feats: Among the First and Beta Tester

Feats are achievements that are never counted toward your total, the completion percentage or any ranking, because not every player can complete them. The Supportive was the first. Two more join it.

The reward of Among the First

  • Founder's StandardFounder's Standard
  • new
    NEW: Among the First

"Raise a Town Hall to level 8 within sixty days of the game's launch." Its reward is the Founder's Standard banner, claimed in Your Claims at the Merchant's Hall. It is a Feat because it is limited-time: a player who joins on day 61 can never complete it, so it cannot sit in anyone's counted total. It is awarded the moment the Town Hall reaches level 8 inside the window.

  • improved
    Founder's Standard
WasAn Uncommon city banner sold in the Merchant's Hall for 75 gold while the founding window was open
NowFree, the reward of Among the First, and no longer for sale

So that every founding player with a fair amount of play carries it, and it reads as the mark of an early player rather than of a purchase. Its shop card now names the level, "Reach Town Hall 8", and keeps its countdown. Once a limited-time banner's window has closed, it leaves the profile and city banner pickers of anyone who does not hold it, rather than sitting there locked.

  • new
    NEW: Beta Tester

"Help test Nandonia in its beta, before launch." A tester who signs in to the launch world with the same account they used in the beta receives it automatically, with the Forerunner envoy title and a thank-you gift, and a message saying so. Nobody else can ever earn it, so it is shown only to the players who hold it: everyone else sees no locked card and no gap in the Feats.

While you were away

The summary that greets you after time away, listing what other players and your own cities did while you were gone.

  • reworked
    The recap, redrawn
WasPlain lines under one "Show all" toggle; achievements, inscriptions and named cities read as "1 update"; amounts written out in words
NowAn oak header, and a row for each kind of news with its own painted icon, its line, and what it earned beneath it, each row opening its own items

What a row earned reads as a plus, the number and the icon: gold first, then wood, stone, clay and metal, then diamonds, and amounts inside each item line read the same way. Achievements, inscriptions and named cities read as themselves. A city a line is about is named on a chip under it with its banner, never in the sentence, and another player is drawn with their nameplate and named as they are called now. A single item arriving on its own as a toast uses the same icon as its recap row.

  • reworked
    Welcome commission
    WasReferral bonus
    NowWelcome commission

A rename: the gold you receive when a player you welcomed makes their first purchase.

  • improved
Great Library quests stay out of the recap

Each completed race quest already plays as its own toast, and counting them in the recap promised a row whose items were elsewhere.

Wonder questions are asked on the results screen

The simple one-question surfaces at a wonder (the Foundation Stone's whispers, the Watering Hole's Lingering, the Hourglass's final entry, the Readings at the Storyteller's Chair, and the Wound's question) open on the results of an investigation. A player reported the result from a phone: a card whose button did nothing, no question anywhere after closing the screen until a reload, and then a question that never quite said what it was asking.

  • new
NEW: Asked where you are looking

The question is now asked on the results screen itself, one at a time. Once you answer, the screen keeps a record of your answer and what it earned, and asks the next open question in the same place. Close the screen without answering and the question is on the wonder page straight away, without a reload, and is asked again on your next results screen while it remains open. The wonders with mechanics of their own (the letter, the carving, the naming and the chain letter) keep their place on the wonder page, and their results card's button now takes you to them.

  • improved
The whispers say what they ask

Each whisper has a plain question, says which of the four it is, and every option has a plain description under it. The line asking you to answer from your envoy's perspective is gone at the Foundation Stone, and the line saying an answer earns Cultural Influence now shows there, as answering always did. The Wound's question asks one thing in its banner. Answers already given keep their meaning: no option's text or order changed.

  • improved
A once-only answer is never lost
WasChoosing an answer and then pressing Continue closed the screen and silently dropped it, so the same question came back on every later results screen
NowClosing with an answer chosen but not confirmed asks first; closing again goes through

The confirmation sits inline under the question rather than in a dialog that could open off screen. An answered once-only question is no longer shown again on the wonder page, and the Chair lists only tales still waiting on a Reading.

The first hours

Most of this came from a new player's playthrough on a phone, two days before launch.

  • improved
The booklet is read in one pass
WasThe booklet's last page, "What We Ask of You", waited until after you had placed your city, so a new player went from the booklet to the map and back to the booklet before reaching their city
NowAll five pages come first, and confirming your city's place goes straight to the city
  • improved
A booklet page says when there is more to read
WasOn a phone a page showed about two of its paragraphs in a box that scrolled with no sign that it could
NowWhile text is hidden below, the page fades into the paper and a pulsing double chevron sits at the paper's edge (tap it to scroll); the top fades once you have scrolled, and the page ends with a small ornamental rule

Nothing appears on a page that fits. Desktop pages that overflow get the same cues.

  • improved
The guide keeps what it points at in context
WasOn a phone each highlighted step was scrolled to the top of the screen, so the rest of the page was lost above it
NowThe highlighted control comes to rest just above the guide, with as much of the page above it as will fit

The scroll also waits for the page to finish arriving, so a resource bar or envoy card loading late no longer pushes the highlight out of place. A step's "Click anywhere to continue" now means it: a click on the darkened page or on the highlighted control moves on instead of abandoning the walkthrough, and Enter and Space no longer press a button hidden behind the step.

  • reworked
    Banners get their own walkthrough
WasThe banner step ran straight after the city naming step, so tapping the name field carried you past it before you could type, and it then showed a banner picker that was usually empty
NowThe city page walks you through banners once your city has a name, you own a banner other than the default, and no city is flying one yet
  • improved
    First-time steps that never appeared

The guide's steps for an envoy's first journey and first arrival, the first exploration, and the first ruin and wonder discovered now show once, at their moment. Some waited behind the very window they pointed into, and three had never been wired up at all.

  • new
NEW: A reminder to choose a name

A player who has not set a display name is walked to the Profile page again when a Town Hall reaches level 8, and at each level after that. Later dismisses that level's reminder, and none comes once a name is set.

  • improved
Master Builder waits until it can help
WasIts locked button sat under the Build button of every building from your very first Sawmill
NowIt is offered once your best city reaches Town Hall 5, where a city has enough buildings for it to mean something

If you own it, its switch still shows at any level.

  • new
    NEW: Type an invitation code

A new player can now enter a friend's invitation code by hand: the Invite tab opens with "Were you invited?" and a code field while the game can still take one, which is in your first 3 days and before your Town Hall reaches level 5, and the card says when your chance ends. A player who arrived through an invitation link sees no field: the link's code is offered with one tap, "Use this code", and is never applied without that tap. A refusal is a toast, in the game's own words.

The Great Library's closing account

  • new
    NEW: Claim Lore Fragment

Once the construction race has ended, the closing account of the race can be claimed by anyone, once each, with an envoy standing at the Great Library: "The Journalist has left a copy of the final account of the Great Library construction race for anyone to take their own copy." The claim sits at the head of the account's Chapter page in the Library, and the drawer and card holding that Chapter wear a badge while you can make it. Without an envoy there, it says what is needed instead of offering a button; with several there, you choose which makes the claim. The Library keeps its own copy, so the account always counts as recovered and always has its page. The copy lands in your Journal.

Buying gold

  • new
NEW: The checkout checks your wallet before opening it

A wallet asked to sign a payment it cannot afford fails its own simulation, and Phantom answers that with a red full-screen warning that the site could be malicious. Now, once your wallet connects and before anything is signed, the checkout asks whether it holds enough. If it does not, the wallet is never opened, and the checkout says what the wallet holds and what the payment needs, including the little SOL that the network fee and Solana's minimum balance take, and suggests another way to pay. "Open my wallet anyway" is there for the rare wallet the check misreads, and a check that does not answer within a few seconds lets the payment go ahead as before.

  • improved
    Wallet sign-in inside a wallet's own browser
WasJupiter's in-app browser, and other wallets that only announce themselves the newer way, were told there was no wallet
NowSign-in finds them, and offers a choice when there is more than one

A wallet that never answers the request to connect no longer leaves the checkout on "Waiting for your wallet..." for good: after 45 seconds it says nothing was sent and lets you try again. Signing and sending a payment is never cut short.

  • improved
    The checkout button
WasThe padlock and the label were centred together, leaving the label right of centre
NowThe padlock sits at the left and the label is centred in the rest, on the card and SOL tabs alike
  • new
NEW: The Patron's Gold Pass says how many days you can add

At most 90 days of passes can be held ahead of today, and until now that was met only as a refusal at checkout. A player who already holds a pass now sees, on the pass card and in the checkout summary, how many days they hold, the 90-day limit, and how many more they can add, or, at the limit, when another pass will fit.

  • improved
Purchase History says what happened to each payment
WasA bare date such as "10/5/2026", and a payment still waiting, or never made, read as "Paid"
NowThe date and time in UTC; "Awaiting payment of ..." and how long it stays open; "Not paid" with no gold figure for an expired or failed one; and any refund or dispute on the row

A refund shows what was refunded, a disputed payment reads Disputed or Dispute lost, and any gold taken back reads as the number, then the gold icon, then "taken back". An underpaid crypto payment shows its amount without a string of trailing zeros.

  • improved
A card checkout you leave ends
WasA card checkout that was cancelled or abandoned stayed Pending forever
NowIt reads Expired once the card page's own time runs out
  • improved
The card page names the pack you chose
Was"Gold Starter Pack", "Gold Value Pack" and "Gold Premium Pack"
NowAdventurer's Pouch, Merchant's Chest and Royal Treasury, as the game sells them

The Merchant's Hall

  • improved
Buy always opens the purchase screen
WasShort of gold, a card's Buy skipped the item and jumped straight to the Gold tab
NowIt opens the purchase screen, which says how much more gold you need and offers Get Gold

The same goes for the Featured tab. Get Gold on a locked feature's button elsewhere in the game (Empire Collect All, City Collect All, Master Builder, Auto-Explore, the Steward) now hands that feature to the Gold tab as well, so it can show what covers it and bring you back.

  • improved
A locked card says what it needs
Was"Requires Town Hall 5" on the shelf, a dimmed button, and hover text a phone cannot open
Now"This rare item requires Town Hall level 5. Your highest is level 3." above a padlocked price, at full colour

A cosmetic priced in diamonds you cannot yet afford stays pressable and opens the purchase screen, which says how many you need.

  • improved
    Also Available on your profile
WasFaded art and padlocks, and the list price even while the item was on sale
NowFull-strength art and the price the Merchant's Hall charges right now, as the number and then the gold icon

Tooltips open on a phone

  • improved
    A tap opens a tooltip
WasNo tap-to-open tooltip in the game ever opened on a phone: the tap's own click shut it again the instant it opened, and a card wider than a 320px screen was pushed off its left edge
NowA tap opens it, and a tap elsewhere or Escape closes it; the card fits the screen, and one taller than the screen scrolls inside itself

On a computer, the pointer can now travel from a chip to its card without the card closing, and a card that grows as it fills in is placed again so it stays on screen.

  • improved
Mastery, land rarity and terrain chips explain themselves on a tap
WasTheir explanations were in hover text, which no phone can show
    NowEvery one opens its card

The collection, cooldown and Swift chips on the extractor pages, the production table, the upgrade panel, the empire summary, The Welcoming chip, the embassy credential's badges, and the land rarity and terrain chips and rows on the building pages. A chip that adds several masteries together shows a card for each of them.

Envoys wear their titles in more places

  • improved
    Titles and title cards

The envoy list on the map shows each envoy's earned title after their name, and that includes envoys arriving from other players, who now also appear in their own skin. The delve and exploration windows and the exploration result name your envoy with their title card, title, home city and banner, and the exploration result's portrait wears the envoy's skin rather than the default art. Investigation History names each visit's envoy the same way, and the envoy picker for a Great Library Call claim lists each envoy as their title card. A completed Chapter claim in the Journal names the envoy who received it with their card, in the Journal's own lettering, and its button is gold.

Smaller changes

  • reworked
    Australian English

The game's own words now follow Australian spelling: Travelling, Customise, Centre, colours, specialised, Maximise, Optimise, enrolment, organisation and behaviour. Three names change with it, and nothing they do has changed: Seasoned Traveler is Seasoned Traveller, World Traveler is World Traveller, and Explorer's Vigor is Explorer's Vigour.

  • improved
Browser translation reaches the city, the wonders and the map
WasThe city page, the Great Library race page, the map and the delve and exploration windows were marked not to be translated, so a player reading in another language got none of their buildings, masteries or delve text
NowProse translates; only live figures such as countdowns stay as they are, so they keep ticking
  • improved
Out of range, and how to reach further

Hovering a tile beyond your envoy's reach now adds "Higher Cultural Influence extends your range." The card is drawn on the dark tooltip surface so its red line is readable over sand, and it no longer runs under the zoom buttons.

  • improved
Deep Reading names its skills properly

The skills a wonder answers to, and the ones already held, are named with the dotted underline and card every other mention of a skill has.

  • new
    NEW: A press page

nandonia.com/press, linked from the footer: the facts, the trailer, the map loop, screenshots and logos for anyone writing about the game.

  • improved
    Back from the beta

The first time a browser that played the beta opens the launch world, it forgets what it remembered of the old world, keeping only your Library reading preference, and reloads once.

Fixes

  • "Dakshon's Wound" the Testimony stays plain lore

The Wound's own discovery could mark a Testimony fragment as corrupted for every player who held it, so a passage already read was sealed again, and the Workshop offered a Decode that failed with "Corrupted fragment not found for this player". The Testimony is plain lore for everyone again, the Wound's discovery only ever finds the corrupted Observations, and a decode started on a Testimony fragment was cancelled with the envoy free at once. Cultural Influence already earned is kept.

  • "City" your own city no longer opens as a visitor's copy

Opening your city cold, or coming back to a phone tab left in the background for over an hour, could show every store at 0 and every extractor ready to collect, because the page asked for the city before your sign-in had been restored and was answered with what a visitor sees. Collecting then failed. The page now waits for your sign-in, renews it first when it has run out, and shows the loading state rather than "Land Not Found" while it does.

  • "Start" a city placement that fails says so

If confirming your city's place failed on a dropped connection, the button went back to normal with no message and a new player could leave with an account and no city. It now says why beside the button, keeps the tile you picked, and tries once more by itself. If an earlier attempt had in fact worked, you are taken into your city.

  • "Obsidian Mirror" reads an envoy on their first visit again

Since 14 September every envoy's first visit counted itself as an earlier one, so the envoy was shown lore instead of being read, and the first visit's guaranteed reflection was never given.

  • "Mastery" Rush Order is offered only for an extractor still cooling down

The Storehouse listed Rush for every extractor, and using it on one already ready spent the day's use for nothing. Only extractors with a cooldown running are listed, the game refuses a rush with nothing to rush before the day's use is spent, and the pane says when every extractor is ready.

  • "Envoys" the name limit is 24 characters

It counted bytes, so a name of 13 accented letters was refused while the counter read 13/24 beside a silently disabled Create. It counts characters now, and says "Too long: an envoy name can be at most 24 characters." when that is why Create is disabled.

  • "Merchant's Hall" a purchase you cannot afford says Not enough gold

Buying with a balance that had gone stale, for instance after spending in another tab, answered with a generic server error. Nothing was ever charged.

  • "Merchant's Hall" City Collect All forgets a city once it is bought

Reopening it without a reload still offered the city just bought, and Purchase was refused.

  • "Merchant's Hall" the after-purchase messages point the right way

Empire Collect All names the My Empire header button beside Filter, and the round button at the bottom right on a phone. Master Builder points at the caret on the Smart Upgrade button, not a cog that does not exist. The Diamonds FAQ describes the Foundry and the Diamond Exchange instead of a trading system "coming soon".

  • "How to Earn Gold" quotes what achievements really pay

Named Adventurer and City Founder were listed at 10 gold; they pay 5. The examples are now read from the achievements themselves.

  • "Achievements" the unlock toast reads the gold reward as the number, then the gold icon

And the icon is drawn at twice its old size, centred on the number.

  • "Delving" the bottom floor of the dig knows it is the bottom

A reopened run in the dig under a Great Library building site read "10 of ?" on its bottom floor and offered "Continue to Depth 11?" with odds and a haul. It never names a deeper floor now.

  • "The Great Library" the dig has one way out

An envoy could leave the dig under a building site above their minimum exit depth, and could also simply travel away mid-run, which made "take a floor, leave, send the next envoy" possible. Climbing out is now the only exit, and only at or below the minimum depth, unless the envoy has reached the bottom or the dig has closed.

  • "The Great Library" a deposit trip shows its real journey

The deposit picker said "Half an hour to the site and back", but a deposit is a one-way journey as long as that envoy's walk, and the envoy stays at the site. Each envoy now shows their own trip ("12m to the site", "Already at the site"), the button reads "Send to the site", and the track's bar fills over the real trip instead of filling early and sitting full. The picker also sends anything from one text up to the trip's limit, where it demanded a full load.

  • "The Great Library" a signed-out visitor sees what the race is

Its page loaded forever for a visitor who was not signed in. It now explains the race and offers Sign In, which brings you back to it.

  • "Leaderboards" no Unknown player

The land that belongs to nobody (merged-away plots and the world's own marker) was ranked as a player called Unknown, first of all on a freshly started world. It ranks nowhere now.

  • "Wonders" the letter, chain letter and naming confirms open where you are looking

They opened centred on their own card rather than the screen, below the fold on a computer and above the top on a phone.

  • "Wonders" an answer from an out-of-date tab is not recorded against the next question

A second tab still showing an earlier whisper sent its answer to the whisper now being asked. It is refused instead, and nothing is recorded.

  • "School" the seats bar updates with each lesson

It showed 0 / 1 during a lesson and "School Full" after Complete Learning until a reload.

  • "Artisan" the header states the rate a conversion uses

With no amount entered it read "3 Wood per 1 Stone" while converting 300 Wood gave 156 Stone. It now shows the rate the conversion applies, 1.92 Wood per 1 Stone in that case, and the comparison beside it is measured the same way.

  • "Lore" a suggestion you send says it went to moderation

The form simply vanished. A toast now confirms it was submitted for moderation review.

  • "Refusals" read as sentences

Some messages named the game's internals: a delve refused with "A non-safe event is pending - call resolveEvent first", a School refusal read "Already chose lore_scholar path", and an over-long note quoted its internal type. They now read, for example, "Your envoy ran into trouble on this floor. Open the delve and deal with it before you go on." and "That is 401 characters. Keep it to 400 or fewer."

  • "Nearby" rows fit a half-width drawer

In a window between about 640 and 900px wide the drawer's rows took the desktop layout and broke names mid-word. They now follow the drawer's own width, and on a phone a city's Hotel and School levels no longer slide under Travel.

  • "Homepage" the Free Land panel and an invitation banner show to visitors

Neither appeared for anyone who was not signed in, including a visitor arriving through an invitation link.

  • "After an update" the game reloads instead of showing an error page

A page opened just as a new version went live could show "Something went wrong" instead of reloading, on Firefox and Safari in particular.

  • "Phone layout" what ran off a 320px screen fits

Toasts, the Great Library site menu on the map (at 320 and 375px), the Library's deposit buttons, the Distribution Hub's close button, and a pending row in Purchase History.
